Our Ag Science and Woodworking classes are teaming up to build rabbit hutches for a new project to raise meat rabbits. If any community members have supplies they'd be willing to donate, it would greatly support the students’ work!

This week, our K-1 students arrived to find a surprise flock of flamingos outside their classroom! The Class of 2027 is running this fun flamingo flocking fundraiser, and our kindergarteners and first graders were thrilled by the sight. Thank you to everyone supporting this creative fundraiser!

Today kicked off with a fantastic costume parade for all ages, wrapping up in the gym where our Leadership class hosted an exciting costume contest! 🏆 Awards went out for Most Unique, Best Fit to Personality, Best Homemade, Best in Class, Best Adult, and Best Group costumes. CLASS OF 2025 PRIME RIB DINNER & SILENT AUCTION
Tickets will be on sale soon. Please join us on November 9, 2024 and enjoy a delicious dinner of prime rib, mashed potatoes, rolls, and more prepared by the Class of 2025. All proceeds will go towards their Senior Education Fieldtrip this upcoming spring. Please make sure to mention if you are a veteran of any armed forces to received a $5 discount on your meal.

The Restoration Ecology class and Mrs. McFall recently took a field trip to the International Hawk Watch base at Bonney Butte on Mt. Hood. 🦅 Students met with wildlife biologists to count migrating raptors passing through the flyway. After hiking up to Bonney Butte, they spent three hours learning about the program and the various species of raptors. They were also treated to breathtaking views of Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams, Mt. Jefferson, and even a glimpse of the Three Sisters. During their time at the site, students spotted 13 Sharp-shinned hawks, one Red-tailed hawk, and one American Kestrel. #RestorationEcology #HawkWatch #OutdoorLearning #GlenwoodSchool
