Graduating from Portland State University, Michelle has honed her skills in therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These evidence-based approaches help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping mechanisms, and improve overall well-being.
Michelle's experience in grief therapy and victim advocacy allows them to offer compassionate guidance to those who have experienced trauma or loss. Michelle is also passionate about working with individuals from the LGBTQ+ community, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their identity and address unique challenges.
